I've posted this recipe before, but I thought you might want to enjoy it again. I've been making it all week long since it has been in the eighties and nineties here in Pittsburgh lately (and warm around much of the country as well). So kick back with a tall, icy glass and a good book. In the shade, of course!
Combine and mix well:
1/2 C fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 C cold water
2 tbsp to 1/4 C raw or unrefined sugar (the finer the easier to dissolve but don't be too concerned with that). You could also use light agave nectar.
